So BabyGirl wasn't feeling well the other night and came to lay next to me in bed while I was watching TV. I noticed that she is wearing 3 rings on her fingers.
So what?
Well, she used to wear rings on each finger, including several on a few fingers.
Ok... And?????
The really sweet part is that she is now only wearing rings on the exact same fingers I wear my rings... the ring finger of the left hand and the pinky and thumb of the right hand.
I didn't mention to her that I even noticed this heartwarming coincidence. You just don't tell teenagers you notice that sort of stuff because they will stop doing it and deny they ever did. ;)
It's just one of those things that brings tears of joy to a mother's heart because it's proof that she actually means something to her teenaged daughter... :D
